Shipping & Returns
Hawaii is remote and there are limited options for shipping. We've found the US Postal Service (USPS) provides the fastest, most reliable option for our customers.
Once we receive your order, we will package and mail your coffee within 1-2 days as we would like you to enjoy the freshest tasting coffee. For all domestic orders we use USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Although we cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package, USPS First Class or Priority Mail normally reaches all domestic U.S. destinations within 3-5 delivery days (Sunday and Federal Holidays excluded).
First Class mail is weight-based while Priority Mail is volume-based so multiple orders can save on shipping ('if it fits, it ships'). Below is a table that estimates the cost of shipping for 2020.

*Due to the coronavirus pandemic, record-breaking shipping volumes, and Congress not helping them out, USPS is temporarily raising their rates for all domestic services from October 18 to December 27, 2020.

We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at (619) 356-3964 or email: email@example.com within one week of receiving your order.
