Shipping

We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments to mainland. 

Upon receiving your order, we package and mail your coffee within 1-2 business days, to ensure optimal freshness. While we cannot guarantee specific arrival times,  USPS Ground Advantage takes 5-7 days depending on weight (heavy and/or large volume may take longer),  Priority Mail about 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays) to reach the mainland. Also, we discovered weather can further delay delivery by USPS.

As a small business, our shipping charges align with the prices set by USPS. Below table shows the 2025 shipping prices set by USPS for commercial rates. Please note, Hog Heaven Coffee does not markup shipping costs (strictly a pass-thru).
