- Medium Roast: Epitome of balance - notes of citrus, chocolate & caramel with smooth body (not too heavy, not too light)
- Medium Dark Roast: Rich & full - nutty tones with hint of sweetness (think dark chocolate, a luxurious experience)
- Dark Roast: Bold & intense - hint of smoke, caramel & dark chocolate (sure fire to jump start your day)

I am savoring a sip as I write this. Though I generally add a tad of cream then whole milk to my coffee, I can STILL differentiate excellent tasting coffee. Sometimes I drink excellent tasting coffee plain (but thinner, more normal coffee scoops to water whereas with cream and whole milk it is LOTS of scoops per cup). Hog Heaven is deLISH! I must add my bias— I love HAZEL!

This is what coffee should taste like! Definitely one of the best brews I have tasted. I have tried the medium and dark roasts and both are great. You can taste the love and care that goes into this coffee. Smaller batches = better coffee!

We visited this great little coffee farm on our first visit to the Big Island in 2023. We had a great tour and got to meet the pack. Hog Heaven grows and roasts there best coffee we had on the island. I started a subscription for my husband for Christmas. Our first order arrived very quickly and we're still enjoying a little taste of the island every morning!
