Our 100% Hawaiian coffee is a reflection of the beauty and complexity of our land grown on the rich red soil found only on the Hāmākua coast.
Our estate grown, handpicked and processed, then freshly roasted beans deliver a taste of paradise that has garnered us award-winning status. Choose from our three roast profiles to suit your taste:
- Medium Roast: Epitome of balance - notes of citrus, chocolate & caramel with smooth body (not too heavy, not too light)
- Medium Dark Roast: Rich & full - nutty tones with hint of sweetness (think dark chocolate, a luxurious experience)
- Dark Roast: Bold & intense - hint of smoke, caramel & dark chocolate (sure fire to jump start your day)

I am savoring a sip as I write this. Though I generally add a tad of cream then whole milk to my coffee, I can STILL differentiate excellent tasting coffee. Sometimes I drink excellent tasting coffee plain (but thinner, more normal coffee scoops to water whereas with cream and whole milk it is LOTS of scoops per cup). Hog Heaven is deLISH! I must add my bias— I love HAZEL!

This is what coffee should taste like! Definitely one of the best brews I have tasted. I have tried the medium and dark roasts and both are great. You can taste the love and care that goes into this coffee. Smaller batches = better coffee!
