Mike and Sookung were so gracious and welcoming when they educated us about their Hawaiian coffee farm yesterday. Mike describes his award winning coffee as, farm to cup. We had the privilege of a personal tour. We learned, not only, about the coffee farming process, but how respectful they are of the land, natural resources, nature, and the Hawaiian people. I highly recommend a tour here if you get a chance to visit the big island. The coffee is excellent, we bought a bag to take home. Check out their website to learn more.
