My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Hog Heaven Coffee Farm! The owners were very informative on the process of growing, picking, cleaning, drying, and roasting their coffee beans, and the coffee sample was delicious. We highly recommend taking their tour and buying their coffee. It’s well worth the drive from the cruise port in Hilo, which we were able to make only because of Kona being canceled and a second day in Hilo being added. Rent a car and make the trip- you won’t be disappointed!

Uniquely smooth offering. Recent cupping competition doesn't do this dark roast justice. I've been drinking Big Island Coffee for 40 years - Kona, Ka'u. and now Hamakua. My favorite of them all. Bright, low acid, full flavored. Lower elevation, longer 'grow' - smooths over every chance of imperfection.
